By using Sigmate you agree to these terms. If you downloaded Sigmate from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Sigmate lets you design email signatures and, with a Pro plan, host images and signature links so they display in email apps. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You own what you upload. You grant us a license to store and serve your images and signature HTML solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any logo, photo or trademark you use, and for complying with rules that apply to your profession (for example license disclosures).
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or explicit content, or use hosted files for anything other than your own email signatures. We may remove content or suspend hosting that violates these terms.
Sigmate is provided “as is”. Email clients change how they render HTML and we cannot guarantee identical rendering everywhere. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
